Clinic Policies

At Agape Natural, we want to serve you the best way we can. In order for us to achieve our goal, we need your help!

We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow our staff to take detailed blood pressure readings and serve you a cup of our organic herbal tea before your consultation with your doctor. Please advise the staff if you do not wish to have your blood pressure taken as this is routinely done on all patients. The reason for this is to detect abnormal changes in blood pressure before it becomes pathological i.e. hypertension, which then may require unnecessary pharmaceutical interventions.

Cancellation Policy - Out of respect to our other patients and your doctor's time, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice. Appointments can be cancelled with no charge within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, a $35 cancellation fee will be applied to all naturopathic visits. Missed mesotherapy, skin rejuvenation therapy and ETA scan appointments will be subject to a $60 cancellation fee. Subsequent appointments after a missed appointment can only be booked if you provide a credit card number on file.

Payment - HST will be applied to all services and products. Consultation cost does not include dispensary or laboratory testing. Payment is due at the time of patient consultation, when lab tests are ordered, and upon receipt of dispensary products. We accept payment by cash, cheque, debit, Visa and MasterCard.

NSF cheques - There is a $35 charge for bounced cheques.

Fragrances - Please refrain from wearing heavy perfumes or colognes on the day of your appointment.
